I specialize in working with individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges in the context of PMOS (formerly PCOS) and hormonal health.
My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — both evidence-based approaches that help us look at the patterns keeping you stuck and the values that can guide you forward.
I also incorporate nervous system work to help you better understand and regulate your body’s stress response, which may support nervous system regulation and reduce the chronic stress patterns that can affect inflammation, cortisol, and hormonal health.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you or expecting you to manage everything perfectly. It’s about finding hope and helping you feel more like yourself again.
