What is the cost of individual therapy?

My 50 minute sessions cost $150. Payment is processed using a credit card of your choosing. Sliding scale is available, please contact me for additional information.
Do you accept insurance?

I do not accept insurance at this time. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide regular superbills for clients to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Insurance companies require a diagnosis on this form to prove “medical necessity,” which we can discuss in-session. Your insurance company may reimburse you a percentage of the cost of the session, sometimes after a deductible. You may want to call your insurance company and ask:
-Do I have out-of-network benefits?
-Are telehealth services eligible for reimbursement?
-Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it?
-What percentage of what I pay will be reimbursed after I meet my deductible?
How frequently do you see clients?

Typically, I meet with clients once weekly. This can be variable depending on clients’ needs and availability.
