Meet Jill Hahn, LCSW

My approach is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns and societal pressures that may be keeping you feeling stuck. I help clients identify and shift thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve them, while clarifying the values and aspirations they want their lives to reflect. Healing isn’t just about symptom reduction—it’s also about expanding capacity for hope, growth, meaning, and joy.

I integrate principles from Polyvagal Theory to support nervous system regulation. Understanding how your body responds to stress can help you complete the stress cycle, reduce chronic overwhelm, and cultivate a deeper sense of safety and stability.

Healing happens in connection. In a world where many of us feel increasingly isolated, therapy can be a place to experience attuned, authentic connection—and to strengthen your capacity for relationships outside the therapy room as well.

I am trauma-informed and social justice–oriented, recognizing how systemic forces and lived experiences shape mental health.
